Privacy Policy — Kuwait Zone Driver

Kuwait Zone Driver is an internal app for Kuwait Zone delivery drivers only. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Location (including in the background): collected only after the driver taps “Start Shift”, continues while the app is closed, and stops when the driver taps “End Shift”. Used to track deliveries and show the driver’s position to management.
• Account data: email, name and profile details entered by the driver.
• Photos: images the driver chooses (e.g. profile photo).
• Orders and shifts: shift start/end times and number of orders received.
• Messages: in-app chat between the driver and management.
• Delivery-app notifications (optional): only if the driver enables it in settings, the app reads notifications from the delivery apps the driver selects to log orders automatically; all other notifications are ignored and never stored.
• Push token: used to deliver management alerts.

How we use data

Data is used only to manage delivery operations and communicate with drivers. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Firebase, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorized management.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the driver is employed. Drivers can request deletion of their account and data by contacting us; requests are completed within 30 days.
